 الواقع في مدينة ديربورن, ميشيغن, الولايات المتحدة الأميريكية
 وذلك في تمام الساعة الثانية من بعد الظهر

انتقل الى رحمته تعالى غرقا في صور، لبنان بتاريخ 4 أيلول 2004 
ونقل جثمانه الى بلدته مشغرة حيث ووري الثرى بتاريخ 5 أيلول 2004

المنتقل الى رحمته تعالى امس الخميس 11 آذار.

يحتفل بالصلاة لراحة نفسه الساعة الحادية عشرة قبل ظهر غد السبت 13 منه في مطرانية الروم الملكيين الكاثوليك طريق الشام - بيروت، وتقبل التعازي بعد الصلاة،
 ثم ينقل جثمانه الى مسقط رأسه بلدة مشغرة حيث تقام صلاة النياحة في كنيسة سيدة النياح للروم الكاثوليك ثم يوارى في مدفن العائلة.

تقبل التعازي  يوم الاحد 14 منه في صالون كنيسة سيدة النياح - مشغرة من الساعة العاشرة صباحا حتى الخامسة مساء،
 ويومي الاثنين والثلثاء 15 و16 منه في صالون المطرانية طريق الشام - بيروت، من الساعة العاشرة صباحا حتى السابعة مساء.
