The good thing is that I have not undergone a brain transplant (as far as I can remember). But my thinkig about the current Middle East crisis and its protagonists has in fact radically changed during the past two years. If you recall the history of the Zionist-Arab conflict arose from 1881 until the present. If you remember, when the Israelis and Palestinians were talking peace, had agreed to mutual recognition, and had signed the Oslo agreement, a first step that promised gradual Israeli withdrawal from the occupied territories, the emergence of a Palestinian state, and a peace treaty between the two peoples. The Palestinians appeared to have given up their decades-old dream and objective of destroying and supplanting the Jewish state, and the Israelis had given up their dream of a "Greater Israel”. Let us just keep talking nonsense and convince ourselves that the balance of military force of the Palestine, meaning the discrepant national birth rates, will determine the country's future, the more people we have Palestine will become a self governing state. I am convinced that either Palestine will become a Palestinina state, or it will become an Jewish state. Or you know what, maybe it will become a nuclear wasteland, a home to neither people. And don't get me wrong dear friend. I do favour an Israeli withdrawal from the territories the semi-occupation is corrupting and immoral, and there is no question about that. If an agreement is unobtainable, which will never be obtainable. But you believe that the resultant status quo will survive for long. The Palestinians with their various armed factions, will continue to destroy Israel, with Katyusha rockets and suicide bombers, across the new lines, be they agreed or self-imposed. Ultimately, what they are doing is they will force Israel to reconquer the West Bank and Gaza Strip with their tanks, probably plunging the Middle East into a new, wide conflagration. Giant wars occurred over the centuries. And as late as the 1940s Arab mobs murdered hundreds of Jews in Baghdad, and hundreds more in Libya, Egypt and Morocco. The Jews were expelled from or fled the Arab world during the 1950s and 60s. There is no reason to believe that Jews will want to live (again) as a minority in a (Palestinian) Arab state, especially given the tragic history of Jewish-Palestinian relations. They will either be expelled or emigrate to the west. Zionism is a legitimate national liberation movement for the israeils, like your own, or the Palestininas, and the Jews have a just claim to Palestine, like the palestinains do.) Israel may exist, weither we like it or not and be too powerful, at present, to destroy. one may recognise its reality. Hence Arafat's repeated denial in recent months of any connection between the Jewish people and the Temple Mount, and, by extension, between the Jewish people and the land of Israel/Palestine. Legally, who can ask for the departure of the Syrians from Lebanon? Can one ask this departure ? Those who ask today this departure, did they do it years before? The Syrians are not paying any attention to anybody and since 1976 they do what they want with Lebanon, why? Do they consider their presence legal, blessed, and protected by the big powers in Lebanon. Or maybe in Machghara. Syrians my friend have destroyed our house, and how many others are affected by this. Syrians is still occupying Lebanon because those who occupy the Lebanese political stage wanted them to stay. Since you claim that Hisbullah believed to kick the israeils out of Lebanon, Syria doesn't have any reason to stay there and must withdraw its troops from Lebanon. Do you agree with that? Fact, the pro-Syrians and the anti-Syrians are asking the withdrawal of the Syrian troops of Lebanon in the name of Taef Agreements. Let's recall that these agreements signed in Taef in Saudi Arabia, October 22, 1989, by Christian and Moslem Lebanese members of parliament who said their goal was to put end to the war in Lebanon. However historically and since its creation in 1948, the state of Israel never attacked the Lebanese and Lebanon just because they are Lebanese. The Israelis always bombed Lebanon in retaliation to the Palestinian attacks perpetrated against the Israelis from Lebanon that had turned into an advanced Palestinian military basis. If the Israelis wanted to attack the Lebanese themselves, they could have occupied South-Lebanon in 1967 during the six-day war and provoke the definitive exodus of most of his inhabitants. If it had taken place, a big part of South-Lebanon would now be annexed by the state of Israel. Syria succeeded to destroy the political and social infrastructure of Lebanon. The Palestinians have been armed and have been manipulated to trigger a war that has put an end to the independence of Lebanon. And now my friend this is where we are living abroad. This is what I perceive happening to Syria to get them out of Machghara and Lebanon. It consists of the destruction of Syria by a civil war. Let's recall that the present regime to the power in Syria is controlled by one of the smallest religious minorities of Syria, the Alawites (8% of the population). These dissidents of Islam took the power in 1970 and controlled since all key positions of the country and its administrations. The day when the regime of the Alawites crumble, a civil war will take place in Syria where the Sunnis who constitute 74 % of the Syrian population will massacre the Alawites and the Syrian Christians who are true allies to the Alawites. This civil war will oblige the Syrian soldiers to leave Lebanon. The Alawites know that if one day they lose power, they have to pay a high price for their politics of discrimination towards the Sunnis. They won't have a lot of choices, either be slaughtered by the Sunnis or ask for international help to create a Alawaite state on the Syrian coast as in 1920.

Expatriate donations: Arab media reports regarding the US$2 million that Hizbullah lost in the aircraft crash noted that this amount represented the regular contributions the party receives from wealthy Lebanese nationals in Guinea, Sierra Leone, Liberia, Benin, and other African states.
3 The fact that Hizbullah immediately sent an envoy to Benin to console the sons of the Lebanese community" indicates the value that the group places on these expatriate communities.
4 Indeed, an Israeli intelligence report focusing on Hizbullah fundraising operations in the Ivory Coast, Senegal, the Democratic Republic of Congo (formerly Zaire) and South Africa estimated that the organisation raises "hundreds of thousands of US dollars yearly on the continent.
5 As is the case among all terrorist groups that raise funds under the cover of charitable giving, some donors are defrauded unwittingly into funding terrorism while others are willing participants in Hizbullah's financing schemes. Mafia-style shakedown: organised gangs of Hizbullah supporters have attacked the commercial properties of local Shi'a and Lebanese expatriates who resisted solicitations to support Hizbullah.
8 In the past, these tactics seemed limited to the tri-border region of South America, where the Argentina, Brazil, and Paraguay meet.
9 Now, however, Hizbullah activists from South America may have imported such tactics to Africa. Illicit diamonds: Hizbullah is also believed to raise significant funds by dealing in so-called 'conflict diamonds' in Sierra Leone, Liberia , and Congo, a practice that al-Qaeda has reportedly copied using the model and contacts established by Hizbullah. In his US Senate testimony on the links between conflict diamonds and terrorism the former US ambassador to Sierra Leone, Joseph Melrose Jr, and the former Sierra Leonean ambassador to the US, John Leigh, confirmed that diamonds mined in Sierra Leone finance the activities of terrorist groups such as Hizbullah and al-Qaeda.
10 According to David Crane, prosecutor for the Special Court in Sierra Leone: "Diamonds fuel the war on terrorism. Charles Taylor is harbouring terrorists from the Middle East, including al-Qaeda and Hizbullah, and has been for years."
11 Moreover, a July 2000 Belgian intelligence report stated that "there are indications that certain persons, the 'Lebanese connection' mentioned in the diamond smuggling file, also put in an appearance in files on money laundering, the drugs trade and the financing of Lebanese terrorist organisations such as Amal and Hizbullah".
12 Belgian intelligence reports also tie the Congolese diamond trade to the financing of various terrorist groups including Hizbullah.so we can’t say the financial support is coming from Iran a country didin’t have blankets for its citizens during the earthquake. Recruitment A recent Israeli intelligence report states: "In recent years, many foreign students, including [students] from Uganda and other African countries, are sent to study theology in Iranian universities" as a means of recruiting and training them as Hizbullah operatives or Iranian intelligence agents.
16 For example, in late 2002, Ugandan officials arrested Shafi Ibrahim, a leader of a cell of Ugandan Shi'as working for Iran and possibly Hizbullah. Ibrahim's partner was Sharif Wadoulo, another Ugandan Shi'a wanted by authorities in his homeland but believed to have fled to an unnamed Gulf country. Under questioning, Ibrahim confirmed that he and a group of African students first travelled to Iran in 1996 on scholarships to study theology at Razavi University in Mashhad. Ibrahim and Wadoulo then underwent intelligence and sabotage training in 2001 at two facilities in the Amaniyeh area of north Tehran. Together with new Lebanese Hizbullah trainees, they were taught to use small arms; produce explosive devices; collect pre-operational intelligence; plan escape routes; and withstand interrogation techniques. The students were given fictitious covers, money, and means of communication, then "instructed to collect intelligence on Americans and Westerners present in Uganda and other countries". In common with Hizbullah networks in Southeast Asia, 17 which have similarly strong ties to Iranian intelligence, Ibrahim and Wadoulo were also told "to recruit other Ugandan civilians for similar assignments. PLease do not give me this nonesense.

حسنا فعل حزب الله بوضع كل ثقله في مقاومة الاحتلال، أما وقد تحرر الجنوب باستثناء مزارع شبعا، واما وان ورقة المقاومة ما زالت مطلوبة لرد العدوان،فإن الدور الذي تفرغ له حزب الله من الاساس ما زال مطلوبا، لكن ليس صحيحا ان المقاومة هي الاجندة الوحيدة فرغم انه لم يشترك بحكومات الهدر والفساد الا انه كان دائما الى جانب المطالب الشعبية وفي الاماكن التي قصرت فيها الدولة ملأ هو الفراغ وهذا كان تحصينا لمجتمع المقاومة وهو جزء من عملية المقاومة، وهو بكل الأحوال جزء من النسيج الاجتماعي اللبناني سواء في مشغرة أو غير مشغرة، وأنا أنصح باستغلال كامة طاقة حزب الله لأن الضغط العسكري قد خف ، أما ما هي أهدافه في مشغرة فهي كأهداف أي مواطن وهي العيش الكريم لكل أفراد البلدة

The secretary-general Shaykh Hassan Nasrallah with respect to his party, that Hizballah was from the start a reaction to the Israeli invasion of 1982. I truly respect that and according to him, the movement had no other agenda in the early start. Shaykh Nasrallah says “ We were thinking at first: Let us restore the homeland and then we will think of the political system. That was the thrust and focus of attention of Hizballah” . (ideological declaration on 16th February 1985). But can someone explain the role of Hizballah and its infancy in Machghara.? What was the ideology of the movement? What goals did it strive for in Machghara? And why? And what means did Hizballah justify in order to reach those goals in Machghara? I am only trying to understand the logical reasoning behind this group.

السوق في مشغرة حسبما فهمت هو فكرة السيد نصري الصايغ ومن أراد أن يعرض فيه عليه طلب ستاند منه، لا أدري اذا كان للبلدية دور فيه سوى قطع الطريق، كان يؤمل ان يباع فيه منتوجات بيتية مثل المربيات والعصائر والمخللات الخ أي المنتوجات البيتية بأسعار تصريفية بالاضافة الى المنتجات الزراعية ايضا بسعر مقبول، سمعت انه كان يوجد مطالبة متكررة بتخفيض الاسعار لإنجاح السوق وسمعت أن المنتجات والبضائع ذات الاسعار المتدنية اللقطة هي التي بيع منها،بالاضافة الى ما يشتريه الشخص داخل السوق وهو يتمشى مثل البوشار والسندويشات، هذا ما أعلمه واذا كان لأحد معلومات اضافية فليتفضل بها

Dear Machgharanians, I was reading the comments that were written on the form page, usually I just read to know the views of our townspeople’s. Here I do have to intervene from a Muslim point of view. I will make my point short and clear so every one who does not know the truth about Islam he will be enlighten. Islam, it means to submit your self to believe one God the one who does not resemble his creation in any way form or shape. He send messengers and prophets to the people to guide them to believe in him and only him the one who created the universe, the skies and what is above the earth and what is beneath and what is in between the light, and the darkness, the humans, devils, and angels. God exists without a place because a he created the places, god exists without time because he created the time and so on and so forth. God chose messengers to guide the people to the correct faith, all the prophets thought their followers to believe in God, A Muslim must love respect all the prophets because the chose them and he purified them from the moment they were born until the moment they died. Our beloved prophet (ISSA) alayhe asslam, never claimed godhood. It does not befit on him to claim godhood. He was in a womb of our leady Mary, allaha assalam. So he was in a place, and the one who is in a place does not deserve to be worshiped because he is week, because he needed nourishment, he grew he changed from a state to another and the one who changes does not deserve to be worshipped. To make a long story short, Allah willed for our master (ISSA) to be born without a father just like he willed for prophet (ADAM) to be born without a mother and a fother and no claims (ADAM) was the sun of God or GOD HIMSELF. All the prophets were humans, it does not befit on God to say he was Human, otherwise he will be susceptible to changes just like his creation.

انا كمواطن رضخت للأمر الواقع عندما فتحوا السوق مع أنني كنت أجده سخيفا ولكن لم يكن بيدي حيلة، أقترح لو أن له أناس ما زالت تؤيده أن يفتح وتظل الطريق مفتوحة أو أن يفتح بالشارع الموازي للخط العام من الأعلى او الاسفل ان كان لا بد من اقفال الطريق

I think that hizbollah represent a big segment of people in Machghara. and i think that they have the right to express their point of view honestly, and they have the right to say that they are bothered from the effect of the "souk" if they see so. but i think that if they want to stop it, they will aim to do that in a democratic way since they have members in the municipality where almost there are members who represent the most of the people of Machghara.
Do we do not have the right to say that the "souk" will be stopped because hizbollah want that.

انا سمعت ان الشيخ كان عنده امتعاض من المبالغة في قلة الحشمة في السوق خصوصا ان في مشغرة ايضا مبالغة في الحشمة، التقى الضدان، وزاد الطين بلة الهمس عن حرية مفرطة تحصل في منطقة البحيرة واصبح الشباب ربما معرض لأشياء لا يحبذها الأهل فجاءت خطبة الشيخ لتحذر من أجواء فساد ،أما عن السوق فيسجل له أنه خلق حركة ويسجل عليه أنه أقفل الخط العام وأضر ببعض المؤسسات بالاضافة الى سخف البضاعة المعروضة فيه لكنه بالاجمال فكرة جديدة ربما ستتطور في المرات القادمة

* السيد المسيح هو وحده الذي وُلد من عذراء متميّزا عن كل بني البشر وكل الانبياء بلا استثناء. فمع أنّ ميلاد آدم وحواء كان بدون أب أو ام، لكن هذا كان بديهياً لأن الله خلقهما كأول أب وأم للبشر. أمّا ميلاد السيد المسيح فكان فريداً، لأنه هو كان فريداً، وإلاّ لَما كانت هناك حاجة لأن يولد على خلاف بني البشر. (مريم 21) "أنّى يكون لي غلام ولم يمسسني بشر ولم أكُ بغياً. قال كذلك ربك هو علي هيّن ولنجعله آية للناس ، ورحمة منا، وكان أمراً مقضياً". فالمسيح جاءَ آية من الله ورحمةً لخلاص البشر. * السيد المسيح هو كلمة الله كما جاء في سورة النساء 171، وهو روحٌ من الله ورسول منه تعالى: "... إنما المسيح عيسى بن مريم رسول الله وكلمته ألقاها الى مريم وروحٌ منه.." فالمسيح هو تعبيرُ ذات الله وفكره ، لأنه كلمةُ الله؛ وقد جسّد الله كلمتَه في المسيح، ليعبّر للبشر عن إرادته ورسالته لهم، بالخلاص من الخطيئة والشيطان وجهنّم. والمسيح هو روحٌ من الله لذلك لم يحتاج الى ولادة بشرية تناسلية. * السيد المسيح وحدَه تكلّم في المهد بحسب ما جاء في سورة مريم 24 - 33 وآل عمران 46و48 والمائدة 110 فهو لم يتعلّم شيئاً من أحد ولا حتى الكلام، فكلامه وحكمته هما من ذات الله وحكمته، لأنه كلمةُ الله وروحٌ منه: "...كيف نكلّم من كان في المهد صبياً، قال إني عبد الله آتاني الكتاب وجعلني نبياً، وجعلني مبارَكاً اين ما كنت... وباراً بوالدتي... والسلام عليّ يوم ولدتُ ويوم أموت ويوم اُبعثُ حياً..." * تميّز السيد المسيح وحدَه عن جميع الانبياء بعصمته وانفراده بالكمال دون الوقوع في أي خطأ، فبينما أخطأ جميع الانبياء، كان المسيح المستثنى الوحيد إذ إنه وجيه في الدنيا والآخرة (آل عمران 45)؛ "ومبارك اين ما كان" (مريم 31) ؛ و"زكي" (مريم 19) أي بلا إثم، كما جاء في تفسير البيضاوي؛ أو طاهر من الادناس، كما جاء في تفسيرعبدالله شبر. وقد جاء في الحديث: "كل ابن آدم يطعنه الشيطان في جنبه حين يولد، غير عيسى ابن مريم، ذهب ليطعنه فطعن الحجاب."ا
اكثرية الناس يعيشون بعيداً عن الله وهم يأكلون ويشربون ويتزوجون ويركضون وراء الماديات كأن ليس لهم ضمير هذه هي الخطوة الأولى في طريقك الى الخلاص المبارك ان تسمع دعوة الله وتلبيها وتصمم في قلبك على رجوعك الى ربك والآن قبل أن أصل إلى الختام هذه ، لدي استفسار: ما رأيك لو أن كل ما تدّعيه المسيحية أنه هو عين الحق؟!! وكيف سيكون موقفك في يوم الدين عندما تتفجر الحقيقة قدام عينيك، وتسقط كل الادعاءات المعاكسة التي تمسّكت بها في حياتك كما تسقط أوراق الخريف لتحملها الرياح إلى الفناء! ولعلمك، ففي يوم الدين لا فرصة هناك لإعادة النظر في المواقف المخطئة. فذلك يومٌ يدينُ الله فيه سرائر الناس، فلا فرصة للتوبة ولا لتعديل المسار إِنَّ اللَّهَ قَوِيٌّ عَزِيزٌ

There is no country or region without at least one of some sort miraculous images. It is with great humbleness that I conclude that Mary is the Queen of heaven and earth by grace, so we may call her, as the Saints do, the Queen of our hearts, the Queen of our Machghara. The importance of having a friend.
Sometimes the only thing someone needs in life is a friend. A true friend. To hear someone calling you my true friend. There is far more to beauty than the smile of your friend or to hear even the sound of his/her voice. Friendship is so deep. To me, friendship is more like a feeling. Friendship is the feeling I get when I feel a beautiful sunrise, or hear the racing thoughts of another. The way your friend express him/herself is what makes them beautiful. It is like falling in love with beauty itself. Someone who would completely selflessly take the time out of their life to tell someone else why they are friends. It is so beautiful. It takes courage to show your friend your true beauty. It isn't something that you are born with, it is something that you find. I have been blesses in ways that help me feel and appreciate my friends. I found it by seeing it in their kind hearts, and without them all of those gestures I would not be as happy as I am this day. It hurts me to see other people, wonderful people, feel lonely. I am deeply troubled to see that the people who have these negative feelings are often the ones who have the most inside of them, but don't realize it. I think that people who feel pain must truly be blessed to feel something this profound. People who are sad have opportunities to change! Others, who see themselves as perfect leave no room for self improvement and soul searching, but those other people have giant windows of opportunity to become the most beautiful people. The only difficulty is getting them to leap through that giant window. Whenever I am sad it helps me realise how precious life is because of my friends. I have been given these deep deep feelings. I don't need anything but myself and the feeling of a true friend to experience life. Remember my dear friend, we all have the power to change anything we want, and if you believe in yourself and your true friends no one can stand in your way.

US Secretary of State Colin Powell took time out from official meetings during his trip to Cairo last week to chat with a small group of liberal-minded Egyptians about reform. Arab liberals such as these are receiving unprecedented attention from many US policymakers and officials such as Powell. Viewed by many in the West as the main hope for reform in the Islamic world, they are dined (and often wined) by diplomats and officials in Washington, London, Paris and beyond. They are also often offered lavish funding for their non-profit organizations. Some of these liberals, such as Saadeddin Ibrahim, the Egyptian-American scholar, are well known; others, such as Sadiq Jalal al-Azm, the Syrian philosopher, are less so. Regardless, surging Western support for Arab liberals is more likely to harm them than to help. Public displays of American or other Western backing, rather than strengthening the position of the liberals in their home countries are more likely to marginalize them further. Ultimately, such misguided support will make more improbable the very change in Arab politics that Western policymakers want to promote. It is understandable that many looking to promote reform in the Arab world would start from a nucleus of liberal reformers. Concentrated in universities and non-governmental organizations throughout the Middle East, they tend to be a congenial bunch, well educated and fluent in English (and often French). They are comfortable with Westerners, and Westerners are comfortable with them. But it must be noted that, as a group, Arab liberals are aging, increasingly isolated and diminishing in number. Among their own populations they have little appeal and still less legitimacy. In the eyes of their compatriots - especially the youth - they represent the failed ideas of the past rather than bold hopes for the future. They are rapidly losing the battles for the hearts and minds of their own countries. Increased Western attention would, in part, cast such people even more starkly as the agents of purported Western efforts to weaken and subjugate the Arab world. In addition, devoting so much energy to the Western conference and speaking circuit, where they preach to the converted, distracts them from working in their own societies. Some appear to be following the style of Ahmed Chalabi, once Washington's favored Iraq exile, by seemingly waiting for the US to deliver their countries to them. While conservative Arab groups actively conduct creative and impressive programs to deliver an array of services that affect people's daily lives, too many liberals consider their jobs done when they finish writing their article or speak to a foreign conference. More Western support is unlikely to turn these individuals inward to their own societies. To the contrary, it would create even more incentives for them to better learn the language of Western aid organizations. In the words of one US official, "the typical US aid recipient in the Middle East is the son of an ambassador, who has a German mother and happens to run an NGO." More foreign aid to such organizations does not make them seem more homegrown,

We hear every year more than thousands of girls and maybe this number seems illogical to us at this point, many in their teens are sent to their native lands to places such as Pakistan, India, Yemen, Algeria, Syria, Jordan, Lebanon, Maroc, Somalia, and other countries to visit their relatives, only to discover that they have been secretly married off to a man they have never seen, to a man they have never loved, to a man they have never felt for. (Blackmailing) Many of them are taken with no chance of escape. They normally have no access to a telephone or post office, in order to seek help. For many of these girls, and in some cases, this marriage will consist and there are cases of girls are beaten up and raped repeatedly by a stranger who is called a husband. These extreme cases are still a small percentage of arranged marriages, which take place every day in our life. Why is it that girls from some countries are taken from their schools and forced into lives they have no wish to enter? What protection do these girls are receiving? In the name of what cultural we can place a girl’s life, which in my personal opinion is the most inhumane? But there is no system to oblige them to seek explanation from these girls’ families. For many years the issue of forced and arranged marriages has led to hot discussions. I intend to provoke or invite public discussions from any religious leaders, politicians, sociologists, and educational authorities. I am personally aware of a single friend a beautiful young brilliant, highly educated who is threatened by her parents and brothers. This brave young girl wants to tell her story to the public, the wounds open up again and she feels disgusted by what is happening to her own society under her nose. Soon, she tells me people go back to their normal lives, leaving hundreds of girls and women to struggle with their fate. There have been some attempts to put a stop to these inhumane actions. There must be a way to challenge and change people’s attitudes in order to prevent forced marriages. It is not necessarily and there should not be an intention to change the laws of any countries, as they believe the law is clear and sufficient in this regard. Instead there must be a way to try to facilitate dialogues between young people and their parents, elders, inform them about the consequences of forced marriages on individuals and families and educate people about human rights and family life. How can we rule and regulate, suppress women and violate their rights. We consider ourselves part of a strong movement that fights for equality and freedom in society.

JERUSALEM, July 23 (Reuters) - U.S. Democratic presidential candidate John Kerry told an Israeli newspaper the Jewish state had no one to negotiate with on the Palestinian side and that he would not try to impose a peace agreement if elected.
Kerry, in an interview published on Friday in the Haaretz daily, largely echoed the Bush administration's position that Palestinian President Yasser Arafat is an obstacle to reviving the peace process and should be sidelined.
"It's up to Israel to negotiate peace, and it needs a partner to do it with and they don't have one yet," he said, adding that a Kerry administration would not force a peace deal on the two sides.
In response, Palestinian cabinet minister Saeb Erekat told Reuters: "Mr. Kerry knows there is a Palestinian partner ... There is an elected president and there is an elected leadership. The point is that peace requires two parties."
The Bush administration and Israel have tried to freeze Arafat out of Middle East diplomacy, saying he has fomented violence during nearly four years of conflict. The veteran leader denies the accusation.
Kerry also signalled that if elected in the November presidential ballot his Middle East agenda would differ in some ways from President George W. Bush's policies.
"We can help change the climate more effectively than George Bush," he said. "I can be more effective with the accountability of the Saudis and other Arab countries ... I'll do a better job of reducing the threat to Israel and the rest of the world."
Kerry's brother visited Israel last week on a trip sponsored by a group affiliated with the powerful U.S. pro-Israel lobby to ease any concerns about the U.S. senator. U.S. presidential candidates often try to court the Jewish state.
Some Israeli officials had fretted privately that a Kerry victory could lead to a shift away from Middle East policies pursued by Bush, whom they see as more staunchly pro-Israel than any U.S. leader in decades.
A Jewish convert and adviser to his brother, Cameron Kerry sought to reassure Israelis that the Democratic candidate was as strong a supporter as Bush.
While campaigning for his party's nomination, Kerry angered Israel supporters last October when he told an Arab-American group that an array of fences and walls Israel was building through occupied West Bank land was a "barrier to peace."
Israel says the barrier is needed to seal out Palestinian suicide bombers. Palestinians call it a land grab.
Kerry's campaign has since taken pains to stress his pro-Israel voting record in the Senate, and Israeli government analysts have concluded there is nothing to fear if he is elected to the White House.

I am arguing with the sound of a broken glass that sounds like a dying song, I am arguing with the petals of love that will never last for long, I am arguing with the hopes that will die, and the dreams that come to my mind and go from one place to another and where do they lead their way? the answer we will never know. I am arguing with the idea like running from the greatest wish, sometimes we fall and rise and wipe the tears, sometimes we try to hide from shades of past, sometimes we close our eyes, we stop our ears and being lost in crazy world, a world that is pushing us to fall apart, and in this life the worst we hear is the sound of a broken heart. This is where I am right now sir. Looking for a strong scent from our home where I grew up. A strong smell from one of the rooms. I use all of my power to find pictures of what is it that I am so attached to it? and when I do, I let it soak into my pores and absorb it into the depths of my mind and soul. I will spend my life bathing myself in that scent and smothering everything that is impure with the overwhelming fragrance of love, beauty and passion that my parents taught us. I will remember each brick on its wall with pride. Still living in Canada and will die knowing that I we belong to a house now called it a dream. I will take nothing with me to the grave, but the knowledge that it is in fact the truth is quite enough. Without my dreams I would be lost, a few words for our God and a long nights sleep. These things entice my dreams. I fall into my deep sleep and I enter my world. The world of where I am from. It isn't perfect and is completely believable. That is what's so mysterious about dreams. They are so real, and they come from somewhere real! Somewhere real called the place of birth. How could something that wonderful not exist somewhere in our mind? My mind is full of beautiful things that should exist and it's up to me to create this world. Jut tell me WHEN my dream. Tell me when you will come and WHERE this time. Just assure me that it is going to be our house. Hassan

Communication is the one element that if you don’t have it, you can’t build leadership styles. To have open communication with people it is important that we focus and feel free to express our views without being attacked or judged. Some individuals have become too focused on themselves and forget the purpose of this site. A few negative people are disrupting the purpose of this unity, if you have to bring something negative, you also have to bring a solution. Things can be easily repaired if we just take the time to fix them. Everyone who has a voice contributes to success. When certain people are attacking ideas, surviving can be challenging, the meaning of what other people are trying to achieve for Machghara becomes lost.

It is really shocking, disgusting & disapointing to see this page full of talk that has nothing to do with the unity and the advancement of Machghara. I really do not see the value in the immigrated & educated people of Machghara well represented in this webpage, I cannot blame the folks that still reside in Machghara because they did not leave the town to see anything better outside. On the other hand, we left our country and went for education and much of advancement in life for personnel gain and i do not think will ever know what the word unity stands for.
Machghara needs individuals that can and will execute not bunch talkers and website chatters !!!!!!!!!
