Machghara welcomes Al-Anqouni. Mr. Al-Anqouni is finally on his way home and brings with him the true meaning and value of freedom to Machghara.  Those heroic individuals whether from Machgahra or other cities symbolize the meaning of freedom.

When I write these verses about my hometown Machghara, I realized again that my heart needs a stronger bent or a violent drive towards wisdom.  A violent get-up-and-go and to challenge this question that provokes more advanced thinking about this town, and I seem to manage to find a ready place for her (Machghara) in every day of my life. 
Well, that really happens, how is your heart toward wisdom? Let us study the question together and call it the wisdom (Machghara) If your heart isn't inclined much toward her, simply ask your LORD for help on how you value and pursue this wisdom.  Ask Him to deepen your relationship with her… because, she is no fruitless tree.  She is not some infertile wild bush, producing only leaves, and prickly stickers.  She is not to be compared to a beautiful, leafy potato plant.  This wisdom becomes a tree.  And your roots are connected to this tree.  She is a tree of life to us that lay hold upon us.  Brothers and sisters, this wisdom is called Machgahra .   
This wonderful tree produced many precious fruits.  This tree of wisdom asks you today, Will try to impress with your importance? You departed from me, impress me with your performance?  You had a relationship with me that brought production! 
Machghara is allowed to criticize its inhabitants.  Those who can hear and act upon these words are wise!  Machghara wants to deliver a message to you.  Machghara wishes and wants to compare you to the wise man who builds his house on a rock.  But for those who wish to remain far-away, isolated, this remains your choice.  Machghara will not convict you!!!  She tells you not to be the man who builds his house on a foundation of sand.  But warns you not to draw attention to your works, since this type of behaviour and attitude enjoys receiving glory from people!
Remember my sons and daughter, Machghara exclaims!!!   Beware when the rain falls, and the floods come, and when the winds blows and slams against that house, if it does not fall, is because you have made a choice to remain connected to your roots and it had been founded on the rock.  The rain, floods and winds, illustrate the judgments or trials that show whether the house has the correct foundation.  Is Machghara testing our relationship with her wisdom?  What trials and temptations are coming from this wisdom? 
Machghara believes that some of its people are in a deep deep sleep.  It bothers her from time to time.  What bothers her the most is the lack of interest that necessitates a correction of our ideas and attitudes toward her.   This change of attitude reveals that we belong to her.  Recognizing that Machghara knows everything about us and that we don't know anything about her, this should remain a question in our minds.  She knows the difference between shadows and reality; between a dead image and the living image!   Have you ever asked as to why this tree of life,  this tree of wisdom remains green?. THE PRACTICE OF HAVING A DAY FROM OUR BUSY LIVES FOR MACHGHARA IS NOT WRONG, unfortunately, for some people this day became something else.  The days are controlling us, isn't it?  We don't want to live in the shadows of things to come, we want the reality! We want to live under this green tree!
Jointly, we need to walk in the wisdom and revelation that we have now and know that Machghara has more revelation for us.

مشغرة تستعدّ لاستقبال الأسير العنقوني باحتفالات شعبية
 مشغرة ـ شبلي أبو عاصي:ا
 البقاع الغربي ومدينة مشغرة في حركة ناشطة واستعداد لاستقبال الأسير المحرر حسن العنقوني (أبو يحي) الذي كانت له مع العدو الاسرائيلي صولات وجولات وآخرها معركة ميدون الشهيرة عام 1988 حيث أوقع ورفاقه المقاومون عشرات القتلى من جيش الاحتلال بينهم مساعد قائد لواء جولاني والمصور العسكري للجيش الاسرائيلي الذي صوّر اجتياح لبنان 1982
الأسير حسن العنقوني الذي أصيب بجروح بالغة أثناء المعركة، نقل بحراسة مشددة في طوافة عسكرية الى سجون الاحتلال وقضى خلف القضبان ستة عشر عاما. وهو من مواليد مشغرة عام 1960، متزوج من ليلى البجيجي وله ولدان يحي (18 عاما) ومريم (16 عاما) والتي لم تعرف والدها حيث كان عمرها يوم اعتقاله ثلاثة أشهر
 الاستعدادات لاستقبال العنقوني على قدم وساق وفي حيث اللافتات المرحبة والملصقات وأقواس النصر غطّت الساحات والشوارع في بلدات البقاع الغربي خاصة في مسقط رأسه مشغرة التي ازدانت بأعلام حرب الله والمقاومة والاعلام اللبنانية. وسيجري استقبال العنقوني باحتفال شعبي ورسمي حاشد يقام غدا الخميس في شارع مشغرة الرئيسي
 وفي ساحة شتورا سوف يصار الى احتفال حاشد بالأسيرين البقاعيين مصطفى الديراني وحسن العنقوني، بعدها يتوجه الديراني بموكب حاشد الى بلدته قصرنبا، والعنقوني الى مشغرة. وفي بلدة المرج سيقام له احتفال ترحيبي وتلقى كلمات رسمية وحزبية، ثم ينطلق بموكب مرورا بجب جنين الى مشغرة التي يحتشد فيها الآلاف من أبناء البقاع الغربي وقضاء راشيا للترحيب بعودة الأسير العنقوني وتلقى هناك كلمات لقيادة حزب الله والفعاليات وكلمة للأسير المحرر بعدها ينتقل العنقوني لزيارة قبر والده الذي توفي أثناء أسره ويقرأ الفاتحة، كما يزور أضرحة شهداء المقاومة، وبعدها ينضم الى عائلته وأولاده الذين لا يعرف بعضهم إلاّ بعمر الثلاثة أشهر
 والدة الأسير أمّ حسن العنقوني قالت: أعدّ الأيام والساعات المتبقية لأرى إبني وأطلب من الله ان يفكّ أسر جميع المعتقلين العرب في سجون العدو
 هذا ويتوقع ان يكون من ضمن عملية التبادل رفات الشهيد محمد عقل (من الحزب الشيوعي) وهو من بلدة لبّايا، ورفاة الشهيد علي العمار من حزب الله من مشغرة، اللذين سقطا في مواجهة العدو في الثمانينات.

 بمناسبة قدوم عيد الأضحى المبارك, عيد التضحية والفداء. عيد الكرامة والمساواة. يوم يتساوى جميع الناس بلباسهم الأبيض الموحد في عرفة
  ولكي تكون المناسبة ذكرى, فلنتذكر امتحان سيدنا ونبينا ابراهيم(ع) مع ابنه اسماعيل, ولنتذكر صبر جدتنا هاجر في أرض غير ذي زرع عند احضارها الماء لأولادها ولنأخذ العبر لما آلت اليه النتائج فيما بعد لصبرهم على المكاره.  فلنستفد من تجارب هولاء العظماء, الأتقياء, الحكماء, في زمن الإستبداد والمكاره والظلم ولنتذكر الآية الكريمة:أذن للذين يقاتلون بأنهم ظلمواوان الله على نصرهم لقدير.صدق الله العظيم
 أحبائي فلا تنسوا زيارة الامام الحسين(ع) بيوم عرفة. ولكي لا أطيل أنتهز هذه المناسبة لأبارك للبنان ولذوي وعائلات الأسرى المناضلين المجاهدين جميعا بالافراج عنهم وهنا أخص بالتحية الى أسير بلدتنا الأخ المجاهد أبو يحيا حسن العنقوني متمنبا له ولجمبع الأسرى المحررين مديد الصحة والعافية مع جميع الأهل والأقارب
  وأعود وأبارك لكم جميعا بالعيد سائلا المولى أن يعيده عليكم بالخير والبركة والازدهار لبلدتنا الحبيبة, وأسأله أيضا أن يوفر أداء فريضة الحج الى كل من لا يستطع الحج والتمتع بهذه الفريضة وبموفور الصحة والعافية للجميع

رسالة القنطار إلى نصرالله
 تلقى الأمين العام لـ"حزب الله" السيد حسن نصرالله من عميد الأسرى سمير القنطار رسالة وزعتها ليلاً العلاقات الاعلامية في الحزب وجاء فيها: "سيدي العزيز القائد أمين عام حزب الله السيد حسن نصرالله السلام عليكم ورحمة الله وبركاته نبارك للمقاومة ولشعبنا ولأمتنا هذا الانجاز الوطني الانساني الكبير, ونبارك لعائلات إخواني الاسرى الذين سيطلق سراحهم خلال الساعات المعدودة, وأحيي وقفتهم الكبيرة الى جانب قضيتي خلال الاسابيع التي مضت. كما أحيي موقفكم الواضح والصادق وأعبّر عن ثقتي الكبيرة بشخص سماحتكم ومقاومتنا الباسلة, وأنا على ثقة بأنكم ستكونون كما عودتمونا اوفياء لعهدكم. لك كل تقديري واحترامي وأعاهدك أن أبقى صامداً مرفوع الرأس أقوم بواجبي تجاه شعبي وقضيتي مهما طال الزمن.   أخوكم سمير القنطار

ONE STEP FORWARD AND ONE STEP BACK!!!

Of days when life had fewer tears

Once on one of your evenings, I waited for her
I took the key to unlock the days when life had fewer tears
There, I discovered a place I call the hallway of memory

I took a step back and a step forward

One step took me further in the darkness
And one step took me closer to the light
And one step put me back, right where I came from, and one step took me to the pain and the shame where I choose not to look back.

One step took me to a new beginning
And one step took me further towards the light

One of the steps I felt like the day has lost its colour and the night has lost its darkness

Regular wisdom dictates that we must set clear goals and have a vision if we are to achieve great things in life.  Applying few words of discipline in our daily life, after all, doesn’t hurt.  But, how can we get to where we are going if we do not know where we want to go?
Well today, warm love is asking us to we give up judgment, fear, resentment, shame, hurt, and expectation of love returned.  Warm love is asking us that we forgive all harm done. 
It means that we must claim full responsibility for our experience. Warm love tells us that we must give up seeing ourselves as victims and see ourselves as a divine being worthy of great love. Warm love commands of us that we simply give of our hearts freely and unconditionally.

Sometimes, the inner connection allows us greater access to instinctive problem solving which can result in clearer thinking and more effective decision making in our daily life. This modern approach of thinking is founded in our history and philosophy.

When you go outside, you may know the whole world,
The farther you go, the more you know.
when you travel deeper within yourself,
you can see farther without looking,
and work without doing.
